Behaviour and socialisation

Pups and parents live in my home and are handled daily with regular visits of different people to get used to others. Over the 8 weeks sleep, they in a few areas and are exposed to many textures, noises and activities to make them confident little beings.

Health

Any dogs I plan to breed with are given comprehensive vet exam and DNA breed profile and DNA testing to help protect against health issues.

Home environment

Pups and parents live in my home and all go with full doggy door use confidence. A home visit weekend by all purchasers is strongly encouraged at 6 weeks old to meet myself, parents and pups.

Pups come with the confidence of full breeder support both before and after they go home. Information on diet, grooming, training and any other questions are happily discussed as we go along.

Affected dogs are high risk of developing life-threatening heart failure as the abnormal heart cannot beat as effectively. There is a genetic test in some breeds to show if a breeding dog is predisposed to DCM.
