Behaviour and socialisation

Puppies are raised within the home environment becoming very accustomed to the vacuum, the mop, the pots and pans. Our dogs are very sociable and are part of the home. Puppies interract with us and our grandchildren. They are exposed to the outside world from 6 weeks.

Additional Tests

Llondee Welsh Cardigan Corgis conducts 2 additional tests available for the Corgi (Cardigan Welsh).

dna iconGenetic Test

This is a disease affecting the spinal cord of older dogs, initially causing wobbliness and eventually hindlimb paralysis. It can affect a wide range of breeds. There is now a DNA test that can indicated if a breeding dog is carrying this disease.

Exercise Induced Collapse (EIC) is a genetic condition mainly affecting Retrievers and Spaniels. It results in the dog collapsing after periods of intense exercise, even if they are normally able to cope with lower levels of exercise. There is a DNA test available which can indicate if a breeding dog is carrying this disease.

About the Breeder

A little about us

30 years as a registered Breeder. Began with Great Danes but age determined we needed to downsize to a more manageable breed

Why we got involved in breeding

I strongly believe we are only guardians of a breed. We breed to ensure quality dogs for future generations, true to breed standard with only the very best of temperaments

Our special touch

I LOVE pedigrees and breeding genetics, including colour genetics.
