We are a small, mini Daschund breeder located in Dalby QLD, who are passionate about the ethical breeding of quality puppies from DNA tested, well-bred parents. We pride ourselves on producing healthy, genetically sound puppies with the best of temperaments to loving homes.

Our Breeding Practices
Behaviour and socialisation
Our dogs are part of our family! They are well socialised with other dogs and kids and are exposed to a variety of different environmental factors to reduce reactivity and create more well rounded pups. We crate train our dogs and they will all have begun toilet training.
Health
All breeding pairs are DNA tested and clear of all major genetic risks. Our dogs have been given health checks before breeding to ensure.
Home environment
We love on a farm so lots of adventures are had- swimming in the dam, lots of off leash walks, and hours of sniffing!! We also have a HUGE house yard with plenty of room for zoomies. - Genetic Test
Mucopolysaccharidosis is a genetic lysosomal storage disease that can cause various problems including stunted growth and bone deformities. There are a few different variants of this disease that have been identified in different breeds. For many breeds there are DNA tests available to identify if a breeding dog is carrying the condition.

Neuronal Ceroid Lipofuscinosis (NCL) is a neurodegenerative disorder found in many breeds of dog. 7 varieties have been identified so far, affecting different breeds. There are DNA tests for each type, to identify whether a breeding dog might be carrying this condition.

Osteogenesis Imperfecta (OI), also known as ‘brittle bone disease’, is an inherited disease in both humans and animals, causing bone fragility and fracturing. As it is a genetic disease, breeding parents can be tested to ensure it is not passed onto their puppies.

Why we got involved in breeding
After getting our first Daschund Winnie, we fell in love with the breed and wanted to share these incredible dogs with others. We are extremely passionate about the ethical breeding of daschunds and pride ourselves on the treatment of our dogs and puppies.
