Our Breeding Practices
Behaviour and socialisation
All of my puppies are raised indoors and are socialised regularly with other dogs as well as people. We get them accustomed to all regular noises and motions like TV, music, vacuum cleaner, local traffic, etc.
Health
I have regular vet checks on all of my adult prior to breeding them. Puppies are wormed as well as checked at the vet where they are vaccinated and microchipped.
Home environment
We are located south of Sydney (approx 60-minutes drive). Puppies are always with me, and have the run of the house. I am at home the majority of the time, so they have a human companion with them.
Included with our puppies
Puppies come with a small puppy pack incorporating: shampoo, brush and a Royal Canin food pack.
Health Tests
Core Tests(0/2)
Hashki Havanese conducts 0 out of 2 core health tests which RightPaw believe are most important to conduct for the Havanese.

Physical Test
An eye certificate means the breeder has had their breeding dogs examined by a veterinary ophthalmologist, to confirm they are not affected by any eye conditions which may be passed down genetically to their puppies. If relevant for the breed, it also includes running DNA tests to confirm the dog is not a genetic carrier of hereditary eye diseases, such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (PRA). It includes breeders who have participated in the Australian Canine Eye Scheme (ACES).
