Parents have DNA profiles completed to ensure no pups will be effected by any known hereditary diseases. Parents and pups are…

Genetic Test
This is a disease affecting the spinal cord of older dogs, initially causing wobbliness and eventually hindlimb paralysis. It can affect a wide range of breeds. There is now a DNA test that can indicated if a breeding dog is carrying this disease.
Genetic Test
Osteogenesis Imperfecta (OI), also known as ‘brittle bone disease’, is an inherited disease in both humans and animals, causing bone fragility and fracturing. As it is a genetic disease, breeding parents can be tested to ensure it is not passed onto their puppies.

About the Breeder
A little about us
I have been showing and breeding Labradors for 25yrs and have now fallen in love with the gorgeous temperament and slower pace of the Chow Chows. I am new to Chows regardless of this I am aware and ensure all tests are done to ensure healthy well balanced pups are born.
Why we got involved in breeding
I have a love and passion for dogs. I fell in love with the Chows after baby sitting a chow a few years ago and decided it was time for a breed change, a dog that is laid back clean east to live with and protective. I am also able to walk around the show ring rather than run which suits me better as I get older.
Our special touch
I can not imagine my life with out dogs and to associate with like minded people.
