Hi I'm Lisa, a small Miniature Dachshund breeder in the northern suburbs of Melbourne. My dogs are my everything. My aim is to breed confident and healthy puppies that will fill the lives of their forever families with so much joy and love. My puppies are raised in our loving home with my four human children.

There are a few different variants of this disease that have been identified in different breeds. For many breeds there are DNA tests available to identify if a breeding dog is carrying the condition.

Neuronal Ceroid Lipofuscinosis (NCL) is a neurodegenerative disorder found in many breeds of dog. 7 varieties have been identified so far, affecting different breeds. There are DNA tests for each type, to identify whether a breeding dog might be carrying this condition.

Osteogenesis Imperfecta (OI), also known as ‘brittle bone disease’, is an inherited disease in both humans and animals, causing bone fragility and fracturing. As it is a genetic disease, breeding parents can be tested to ensure it is not passed onto their puppies.

We started our breeding journey well before our first litter arrived in 2022.
Applying for a puppy
A puppy pack will be included with a bag of Hypro premium puppy food as well as a sample of Lyka food. A toy and blanket with the scent of mum and litter mates, as well as a collar and lead are also included. There will be a letter which will include information on what to expect for the first few nights of puppy's new home, crate and toilet training tips along with feeding recommendations, and most importantly, my contact details as I'm here to help for the life of the puppies.
