Genetic Test
Acral Mutilation Syndrome (AMS) is a genetic disease that causes affected dogs to compulsively lick, overgroom and bite their paws. This can cause recurrent injuries and infections. The condition can be extreme and even result in the dog being euthanised if the signs cannot be controlled.
Genetic Test
Bernard-Soulier Syndrome (BSS) is a genetic bleeding disorder caused by abnormally large platelets in low numbers, meaning an affected animal cannot form clots properly after tissue damage. It can lead to life-threatening bleeding issues following surgery or injury. There is a DNA test available to identify whether a breeding dog is carrying this condition.
Genetic Test
Exercise Induced Collapse (EIC) is a genetic condition mainly affecting Retrievers and Spaniels. It results in the dog collapsing after periods of intense exercise, even if they are normally able to cope with lower levels of exercise. There is a DNA test available which can indicate if a breeding dog is carrying this disease.
Genetic Test
Canine Phosphofructokinase (PFK) Deficiency is a genetic disease resulting in low levels of the PFK enzyme. It can result in extreme muscle fatigue, muscle cramping and severe anaemia. There is a DNA test available to identify if a breeding dog is carrying this condition.

About the Breeder
A little about us
I’m Bec, and animals have been a central part of my life for as long as I can remember. I’ve grown up around dogs and have been involved in breeding for many years. Our breeding dogs are raised in our home and are very much part of our family environment, not kenneled or kept separately. We currently have six…
Why we got involved in breeding
I’ve always had a deep love for dogs and a strong commitment to giving them the best possible start in life. After raising my own dogs and seeing the joy, companionship, and connection they bring to families, I felt drawn to be part of that journey in a more meaningful way. Breeding allows me to focus on responsible…
Our special touch
What truly sets us apart is the love, care, and intention behind every part of our breeding program. Our dogs are not just pets, they are family. From the moment a puppy is born, they are raised with constant attention and nurturing, helping them grow into confident, well-adjusted companions ready to transition…

Breeding since
I’ve been around dog breeding for as long as I can remember, having grown up with my dad who bred Bull Terriers throughout my childhood. In 2022, we welcomed our own breeding dogs into our family, beginning the careful process of learning, raising, and preparing them for breeding at the appropriate age. Since then, we’ve been deeply committed to expanding our knowledge and refining our practices, continuously learning so we can breed responsibly and provide the highest standard of care for our dogs and the families they join. While I’ve always had a strong passion for dogs, this journey has been incredibly rewarding, and I’m excited to continue growing, learning, and improving as a breeder.
