Behaviour and socialisation

Our puppies are raised inside our home from birth,they have constant handling and socialisation,they get used to all the noises from a busy household,we ensure they are confident and playful. Health

All our dogs are DNA tested and have had thier patella's checked by our vet and had no abnormalities detected.Our girls are in perfect health and only bred from sparingly. We take breeding healthy puppies seriously and strive to breed puppies that will give thier families many years of companionship and love.

Home environment

We are animal people we have horses and our dogs. All our dogs have a home for life,when we think the time is right they are desexed. Life then goes on as normal for them with us,we do not rehome our dogs,they stay at Salisbury Park. They sleep inside,watch TV with us and live the best life.

Congenital Macrothrombocytopenia (CM) is a mild disease which normally does not have any impact on an affected dog’s health or lifespan but can cause concern if noticed on routine bloodwork without knowing the cause. It is a blood disease resulting in low numbers of very large platelets. There is a DNA test available to identify if a breeding dog is carrying this condition.

This is a genetic condition affecting Cavalier King Charles Spaniels that causes severe skin, nail and eye issues, as well as making the usually long smooth coat tight and curly. Curly Coat is linked to Congenital Dry Eye disease. There is a DNA test available to identify if breeding Cavaliers are carrying Congenital Dry Eye or Curly Coat.

We have always had dogs,and they have always been a huge part of our lives,I could not imagine our home without them,they are always unconditionally happy and want nothing more than to be with you.

Why we got involved in breeding

We love to meet new people and breeding has given us the opportunity to meet some life long friends.We also get a lot of satisfaction by continuing to improve the quality and health of our dogs.

Our special touch

Our special touch would be we encourage new puppy parents to come to our home and spend as much time as they like with thier new family member,we also do everything possible to ensure our puppies are well socialised,healthy,happy and ready for thier new familys.
