Behaviour and socialisation
Our Shar Pei are socialised extensively to maximise an affectionate and confident temperament. This is especially important for a primitive breed.
Health
Our Shar Pei are fed a top quality diet and checked regularly by our local veterinarian. They are treated for both external and internal parasites and given lots of love to reduce stress.

Our home is set up to provide an optimum indoor and outdoor environment where our Shar Pei are included in family life whilst still getting to do what dogs love to do outside.

All pups come with food to get them started, a detailed care guide and lifetime support. Also included is a toy with the home smell to provide comfort in the new home.

A little about us
Welcome to Shangyin Shar Pei! Located in Rockhampton Central Queensland, our program is committed to producing true quality Shar Pei with a focus on long term health, temperament, correct type, and color.
Why we got involved in breeding
I fell in love with the breed and bought my first show dog. I decided to breed a litter to get another puppy to show and from there began the passionate journey to improve and preserve the breed. I have since imported a dog from Spain to diversify the bloodlines in Australia.
Our special touch
Our Shar Pei are brought up in a loving family environment. They are our pets and companions first, show dogs second. Any future puppies will be bred with the aim of improving the breed for special show homes, loving families and future generations
