Included with our puppies

We send a puppy pack home with the babies and this includes everything you could need to start life with your new baby. They have some training with us ...sit ...come when called ...and some toilet training. From the time the babies are born we send updates and photos and usually allocate the babies at 8 weeks.

Retinopathy is disease of the retina, at the back of the eye. It can result in deterioration of eyesight or even blindness. A specific type of retinopathy has been identified in Swedish Vallhunds, which is similar to Progressive Retinal Atrophy (PRA) that occurs in many breeds. There is a now a genetic test to identify whether a dog is carrying the gene related to this retinopathy.

About the Breeder

A little about us

We are a small breeder and only have 1 litter a year approx. Our babies are all health tested and in great condition. We use a different stud for every litter and don't repeat to keep the bloodlines strong. We will sell the bubs on Mains register after an interview etc. with the new puppy buyer.

Why we got involved in breeding

Our love for this breed and its diversity encouraged us to start breeding again as at this time their was a shortage of Vallhund breeders. Now there is a few more and the breed is very popular again.

Our special touch

As we raise our babies in our residence with us they grow to be loving, confident and loyal companions. We get many laughs from their antics and when it is time for them to leave us it is a sad day but also exciting to see them with their new family. We also love the photos as they grow that the families send us.
