Health
We eye test all breeding stock. The puppies are wormed and fully vaccinated on a schedule when needed - all they have to do! Fed on Purina Pro Plan (total diet) premium dry food for both puppies and adult dogs - both wet and dry food.
Home environment
Our puppies are born in a whelping area indoors. The indoor puppy area is climate-controlled. At about 4 weeks, they begin to go outdoors onto a dedicated grassy lawn area with mum during the day. They return to their indoor area at night.

Today, we are preservation breeders of Whippets & Siberian Huskies. Molly is an ANKC licenced judge for Hound breeds and Melissa is ANKC licenced for the Utility, Non…
Why we got involved in breeding
Molly began in 1974 with Afghan hounds, later downsizing to Whippets. Afghan hounds were a lot of work when we started showing dogs, hence the transition. Siberians came in the late 90's. We are passionate about preserving both of our breeds for the future.
Our special touch
Our association with the purebred dog spans almost 40 years, across a number of areas. The Taejaan breeding program is focused on healthy, happy puppies. The Taejaan kennel has produced winners of BIS Sydney Royal Show (the only owner-bred Whippet to do so), Adelaide Royal BIS Shows and Numerous Specialty BIS. Our…
