Hi, I’m Maddy. We are a small family breeder of Longhair Miniature Dachshunds. Our dogs are part of our family and live in our home in Western Victoria. Our goal is to breed happy, healthy and well socialised dachshunds for the family home.

Our Breeding Practices

Behaviour and socialisation

Our puppies are raised in a family environment, while being exposed to a variety of sights, sounds and objects. We offer exposure and desensitisation with recordings of sirens, barking dogs, fireworks, door knocking etc. Before puppies leave for their forever homes, we begin basic crate and toilet training as well as…

Health

All pups follow a very strict tick flea and worming schedule and there is regular cleaning of their whelping environment. Our breeding dogs are all DNA tested and ensure we have vet approval before breeding.

Home environment

Located in Western Victoria, our pups are raised within the family home with a large backyard and regular handling and playing.

Included with our puppies

All puppies receive a puppy pack including a starter food pack, vaccination records, their favourite toy and a blankie that smells like mum, along with a variety of other items that we feel are useful.

A little about us

Growing up surrounded by horses and other animals, I have learnt to love and care for all animals, but having a special bond with dogs. I have grown to love dachshunds and strive to breed the most well-rounded pups, taking pride in their socialisation and temperaments.

Loving dachshunds my whole life, and after having my very own, I knew that I had to share this breed with others
