Waltinga West Highland White Terriers
Lockyer Valley, QLD
Hi, I'm Ammie G.
Born farmgirl, I turned to showing dogs in 2020 when an illness meant I couldn't ride my beautiful dressage horses. Showing dogs kept me occupied and gave me lots of 'people' social time 'off the farm'. I've always had a love of animals, with jobs in the vet and equine industries.

Behaviour and socialisation
We ensure all our pups have stimuating enrichment activities to promote early socialisation, as well as basic toilet training before going home.

All pups come vaccinated, wormed, and microchipped, as well as vet checked with their health records. We also conduct Hip scoring and DNA testing in our breeding program.
Home environment
All our pups are raised in our family home environment, with our adult Lagottos and Westies.

Genetic Test
Von Willebrand’s Disease (VWD/vWD) is a genetic bleeding disorder caused by a lack of a specific clotting factor. There are three forms of the disease, types 1, 2 & 3. A DNA test is available for each type of VWD to identify whether a breeding dog is a carrier or might be affected. Why we got involved in breeding
Ive always had a love of animals, with jobs in the vet and equine industries. My love of horses and breeding warmbloods and life on the farm has led me down the path of showing and then breeding dogs. Couldnt imagine anything different now!
Our special touch
My daughter helps me with raising well rounded and socialised puppies. Good parent dogs make the whole thing very easy!
