My name is Sammie. My partner and our two kids live on 36 acres in Londonderry. Our dogs live with us as part of the family. I am a registered breeder with ANKC Dogs NSW. I breed quality dogs to meet the breed standard and always make sure that temperament and soundness are at the utmost importance in our breeding.

Genetic TestBlack Hair Follicular Dysplasia (BHFD) is a genetic condition causing hair loss of black and brown regions of the coat. It is linked to the ‘dilute’ colour gene and can affect many tri-coloured or bi-coloured dogs. Affected dogs are prone to developing skin infections. There is a DNA test available to identify breeding dogs that are carrying BHFD.

Congenital Macrothrombocytopenia (CM) is a mild disease which normally does not have any impact on an affected dog’s health or lifespan but can cause concern if noticed on routine bloodwork without knowing the cause. It is a blood disease resulting in low numbers of very large platelets. There is a DNA test available to identify if a breeding dog is carrying this condition.

Progressive Retinal Atrophy (PRA) in dogs is a type of genetic eye disease causing deterioration of the retina and eventually, blindness. There are a variety of sub-types of PRA, which can occur in various breeds. There are various DNA tests available to identify whether a breeding dog is carrying this condition.

Applying for a puppy
Our puppies are wormed every 2 weeks and sent home with additional wormer, they are health checked, microchipped and vaccinated. They also go home with a large puppy pack valued at over $300.
