Genetic Test
Acral Mutilation Syndrome (AMS) is a genetic disease that causes affected dogs to compulsively lick, overgroom and bite their paws. This can cause recurrent injuries and infections. The condition can be extreme and even result in the dog being euthanised if the signs cannot be controlled.
Genetic Test
Achromatopsia is a genetic eye disease that causes cone degeneration in the retina. This results in ‘day blindness’ and extreme sensitivity to light. The condition begins in puppies and gradually worsens as they get older.
