FAQs
Simply click on the “New offer” icon. Your offers are stored as drafts until you’re ready to send them. We ask which applicant you would like to offer to, the litter information, details including payment amounts, due dates, inclusions and attachments. Once your first offer has been sent, a lot of the details including payment amounts, the inclusions, attachments will be remembered from your previous offers making the process streamlined so you don’t need to repeat yourself. Customisations are a breeze as you can easily make edits freely. Your prospective families can stay up to date with the progression of the litter as you add more litter photos.
RightPaw Pay is a payment method for your puppy families when they receive your puppy offer through RightPaw. RightPaw Pay provides puppy families with secure, traceable payments so they can have the peace of mind purchasing through a third party.
Requesting payments on RightPaw is at no cost to the breeder, however, we charge a small fee of $50, plus merchant fees, to your puppy families. This allows us to continue running our platform and protecting dogs everywhere.
Your puppy families can pay securely online over Stripe with one of the following payment methods: bank transfer, debit card, credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
They can always email us at support@rightpaw.com.au, and one of our friendly team can assist them.
If your puppy buyer chooses to pay with RightPaw Pay, we will send the funds to your account based on the type of payment. All funds will be processed immediately and generally takes 48 hours to arrive into your account.
As part of the set up for RightPaw Pay, you will be directed to Stripe, RightPaw's secure payment merchant, where you can connect your bank account details.
The Puppy Parent Club is a membership that your puppy families can purchase from RightPaw. It includes expert training material, resources and support all in the one place, so your owners can be confident that their puppy can thrive for just $79. The Puppy Parent Club is our way of ensuring all pups have the best possible start in life and we have developed it to provide new puppy owners like yourself with everything you need to know about preparing and raising your puppy. You can also gift the Puppy Parent Club to your puppy families and is a great addition to your puppy inclusions or puppy pack.

We take the security of our breeder's information very seriously. We chose to use the most stringent security payment merchant to protect owner's credit or debit card information. That's why RightPaw uses Stripe as the payment merchant. No credit card details are stored within our platform.
