We are boutique breeders of premium, DNA-cleared Spoodles and Miniature Poodles, backed by over 25 years of professional experience across elite training, breeding, and canine competition. With a rich background encompassing hands-on work with the RSPCA and a formal UK Diploma in Dog Psychology and Behaviour, we take a deeply nurturing, scientific approach to early canine development. We do not believe puppies are a blank slate. Every puppy is a complex product of both their genetics and their environment, which is why we believe every ethical breeder must have a firm, structured goal in mind. Without a clear purpose, you are simply breeding for the sake of it. Our definitive goal at Gentlepaws Kennels is to produce genetically stable, structurally sound, and calm dogs. Today, we are incredibly proud to have Gentlepaws dogs actively working as certified therapy dogs in a variety of different professional and community roles across every single state of Australia. Our bloodlines have long been trusted at the highest level of the breeding community. In fact, Laurinda Davidson, the founder of both Harley & Co Cavoodles and the RightPaw platform itself, purchased two of her foundation Cavoodle girls from our established program to start her own journey. To support these elite genetics, we ensure our adult dogs live the ultimate, low-stress life running free on our acreage. Our dogs are loved fiercely, but they are not mollycoddled—we let our dogs truly be dogs. They have the absolute freedom to run, dig, explore, and build natural confidence.
