I’m a dog lover through and through—some might even say obsessed! My love affair with dogs began with the Miniature Fox Terrier when my girl Lilly came into my life. Mini Foxies are the ultimate “wash and wear” breed—easy to care for, full of personality, and the perfect fit for just about any lifestyle. But just like potato chips, you can’t stop at one! One quickly turned into two, and before long, I was raising my very own litter. That experience sparked a deep interest in genetics and responsible breeding. I found myself falling for Miniature Dachshunds after puppy-sitting a friend’s litter. Their bold personalities and charming sausage-like shape completely won me over. My curiosity led me to research the breed further and eventually, I took a leap of faith and imported a couple of short-haired minis from the USA. I was incredibly lucky to build a lifelong friendship with the breeders in Texas USA. I have breed long haired minis since 2022 and have fallen for their soft luxurious coats, especially the fluffy ears! I continue to improve and preserve the breeds I love. For me it’s not just a passion, it’s a way of life. Between the long and the short of it—Dachshunds and Mini Foxies—we’ve certainly found all the love we need right here!
