Even as a child I loved purebred dogs. I had several friend who's families bred and showed dogs and I was so jealous. My parents were not pet people, my dad had a few working dogs but we were not supposed to play with them. As soon as I had an income I started saving for my first purebred puppy. I had fallen in love with Italian greyhounds, I finally found a breeder who would sell me one at my young age and then waited eagerly for her to be born. I got pick of the litter, She was beautiful and everything I wanted. Then in a turn of good fortune because her mother had a huge litter of 5, the breeder gave me a second puppy because had not planned on having so many so didn't have another home lined up. But unfortunately not long after getting her the sister started having seizures and so I made the heart breaking decision to not breed them. I did show them for a few years and loved them until passed away at around 13years of age. . After they were gone I decided to look into other breeds. Having enjoyed my showing years I decided I wanted something with hair this time so I jumped for iggys to toy poodles and the rest is history. Toy poodle are like chocolates you can't have just one.
