Lapochka is a dedicated Border Collie kennel in New South Wales, Australia, focused on thoughtful, responsible breeding of exceptional Border Collies for conformation, health, temperament and sound structure. Our breeding program is centred on preserving the qualities that define the Border Collie while producing dogs that are beautiful, intelligent, athletic and wonderful companions. Our dogs are carefully selected from established pedigrees, with health, temperament and breed type considered alongside their potential in the show ring. We are actively involved in ANKC conformation showing and take pride in exhibiting our Border Collies and developing dogs that reflect the breed standard. Our dogs are raised with a strong emphasis on sound temperaments, early socialisation and a positive family environment. Our current and future breeding plans are carefully considered, with health screening and pedigree research forming an important part of every breeding decision. We aim to produce Border Collies that can succeed in the show ring while also becoming treasured companions for carefully matched homes. At Lapochka, every litter is planned with purpose, with the long-term welfare and quality of the Border Collie at the heart of our breeding program.
