Bojak Border Collies is a long-established Border Collie breeding program based on the Gold Coast, Queensland, breeding quality Border Collies since 1995. Our focus is on producing healthy, well-tempered, intelligent puppies that excel as family companions and in dog sports such as obedience, agility, jumping, herding, and flyball. Temperament is at the heart of our breeding program. We carefully select breeding dogs for sound temperament, trainability, and overall breed type, ensuring our puppies are confident, friendly, and adaptable to family life. Puppies are raised in a home environment during their critical early weeks, receiving extensive handling and socialisation to help them transition successfully into their new homes. Health is a key priority at Bojak. Breeding dogs undergo hip and elbow scoring and comprehensive DNA testing for known hereditary conditions affecting the breed. This helps ensure that puppies are bred from genetically sound parents with the goal of producing healthy, long-lived companions. While known for producing Border Collies in a variety of colours—including black and white, chocolate and white, blue and white, red and white, tri-colours, and merles—our primary emphasis remains on health, temperament, and quality rather than colour alone.
