I bought my first pedigree registed Australian Cattle Dog ‘Gleniris Blue Jayed’ in 1992 from the late Iris & Les Heale “Gleniris Kennels”. I had no intentions of breeding or showing dogs I only wanted a loyal pet and that is all she really was. After buying my new pup I kept in contact with Iris and Les, and before I knew it I was at my first dog show, showing my baby puppy. From that day I caught the showing bug, strangely enough my Great Grandfather showed dogs back in the 1930’s. Iris and Les took me under their wing and taught me everything about showing and the history of Australian Cattle Dogs and Stumpy Tailed Cattle dogs. I am only a small kennel, I believe quality is better than quantity . I also am a Championship judge for GRP 2 Terriers, Grp 4 Hounds and Grp 5 working dogs, i also have an open show license for Grp 1 Toys, Grp 3 Gundogs and Grp 6 Utility.
