Our Breeding Practices
Behaviour and socialisation
Cavaliers have the most delightful temperament and we love them so much. Our philosophy is to breed to improve the breed and we spend much time researching the bloodlines we use so they compliment each other. We introduce the pups to our other dogs and they get used to being with humans, dogs and other animals. At…
Health
The breeding dogs undergo DNA health testing to screen for common diseases of the breed. Our adult dogs are fully Orivet Cavalier Health Tested and Cardiologist tested each year. Ziggie, the puppies mother, has had a Vet Check and a Myxomatous Mitral Valve Disease test. Ziggie's father Parknee Simon Says carries the…
Home environment
Ziggy lives with us in our home, but plays outside. Since it is a farm, we have plenty of outdoor space for the dogs to run around. The pups have a day area, under the shade of a Tipuana tree, with a kennel for shelter, toys, fake grass mat for toileting, water and puppy kibble. We regularly have play time with them…

I have many years experience with horses and cattle and dogs as we have an Australian Stock Horse stud and an Angus cattle stud and we use working dogs on our farm. I began our stud and registered the prefix, Arangely…
Why we got involved in breeding
As I love animals, being on a farm, it seemed like a natural progression to find a breed of dog that suits not only someone on a farm, where there is activity, though also would suit families and in fact most people who are kind and caring and wish to love an animal. Our Ziggie and her first litter have shown us just…
Our special touch
Genuinely love having animals in my life. Puppies that are born and raised here will be cared for in a vibrant active lovely environment. Our garden is set on a couple of acres where there are shrubs and trees and flowers to explore in and around and lots of lovely grass to play on. They interact with our other…
