Dilated Cardiomyopathy (DCM) is a heart disease causing an enlarged heart with stretched heart muscle. This is a genetic disease that affects a variety of breeds. It causes a blood clotting problem resulting in excessive bleeding. There is a DNA test available to ensure a breeding dog will not pass this condition on their puppies.

Persistent Mullerian Duct Syndrome (MDS) is a condition where a male animal, with normal male genitalia, also possesses a uterus and fallopian tubes. About the Breeder

A little about us

My husband and I have operated a horse business for over 20 years, breeding and training quarter horses. We started a small dog breeding programme 9 years ago and initially began with French Bulldogs, but we discovered miniature Schnauzers through a friend of ours and immediately fell in love with the breed. We then…

Why we got involved in breeding

Breeding Quarter Horses for many years, we understand the love and satisfaction of creating a line of beautiful and healthy animals that will give others enjoyment and fullfillment for many years.

Our special touch

Our dogs are totally part of our family. We live on 40 acres where they get to run and swim and chase ducks and then spend time with us on the couch. No pens or cages just pets.
