Our Breeding Practices
Behaviour and socialisation
Our puppies are raised in our home and interact with the other dogs we have. We have a few trusted people that will come visit so that we can introduce them to the contact from different people. They get handled on a daily basis when cleaning them and lots of kisses and love.
Health
Our puppies do not go outside until they've had their first vaccination and then only on our property. They will have their first Vet checkup at 6 weeks and vaccinations and microchips done. Deworming every 2 weeks. New owners that would like to come view puppies are welcome from 4 weeks and will have a form to…
Home environment
We have a puppy room in the house that keeps them nice and protected, but still part of our family. Mum is happiest like this as there isn't to much activity going on to upset her. Here I can control the environment for the puppies to ensure their health comes first by having everything needed on hand.
Included with our puppies
Included will be a brochure covering everything the new owners will need to know to give their new puppy the best care possible. First vaccination and Microchip A puppy pack filled with all kinds of goodies to help the transition to the new home.

Genetic Test
Chondrodystrophy (CDDY) is a condition causing abnormal development of cartilage. Many breeds are prone to this condition, especially short-legged breeds. CDDY makes a dog high risk for developing Intervertebral Disc Disease (IVDD), or ‘slipped discs’ in their spine. There is a DNA test available to identify if a dog is carrying genes making their puppies higher risk for CDDY/IVDD.
Genetic Test
Canine Multifocal Retinopathy (CMR) is a genetic disorder causing local detachment of the retina in young dogs. It does not always cause impaired vision or blindness but can in severe cases. There are three types of CMR affecting different breeds. A DNA test is available to identify if a breeding dog is carrying this condition.
Genetic Test
This is a disease affecting the spinal cord of older dogs, initially causing wobbliness and eventually hindlimb paralysis. It can affect a wide range of breeds. There is now a DNA test that can indicated if a breeding dog is carrying this disease.
Genetic Test
Hereditary Cataracts (HC) is a genetic form of cataracts. There is a DNA test available in some breeds to indicated whether a breeding dog is carrying this disease.
Genetic Test
Hyperuricosuria (HUU) is a genetic disease that causes a build-up of uric acid in the urine, predisposing to painful bladder and kidney stones. It can occur in a range of breeds. There is a DNA test available to identify whether a breeding dog is carrying this disease.
Genetic Test
Progressive Retinal Atrophy (PRA) in dogs is a type of genetic eye disease causing deterioration of the retina and eventually, blindness. There are a variety of sub-types of PRA, which can occur in various breeds. There are various DNA tests available to identify whether a breeding dog is carrying this condition.

About the Breeder
A little about us
I’m a real home body that loves my time spent with my dog. I work part time is that I have more time available to spend with my dogs. Love the outdoors, camping, reading and crocheting.
Why we got involved in breeding
I love that I can continue to breed true to standard French Bulldogs. They’re such a precious breed and always bring joy to one’s day. I love their personalities and that they can also just be content.
Our special touch
All my dogs are raised in my home and not in a shed or kennel.
