Congenital Macrothrombocytopenia (CM) is a mild disease which normally does not have any impact on an affected dog’s health or lifespan but can cause concern if noticed on routine bloodwork without knowing the cause. It is a blood disease resulting in low numbers of very large platelets. There is a DNA test available to identify if a breeding dog is carrying this condition.

dna iconGenetic Test

Why we got involved in breeding

It all started with our Spoodle Scarlett. We love her so much and all the joy she brings to us, we wanted to share that with others. This is how Scarlett Knight Dog Breeding starting. Then name is a credit to our beautiful girl Scarlett.

Our special touch

Clients who place a deposit early will have access to see their pup from 4 weeks old once a week for 1 hour. It relieves the stress of the pup going its new home. We recommend bringing a piece of clothing for the pup to get used to the smell of you.
