Our Breeding Practices

Behaviour and socialisation

Puppy Culture Raised We socialise our pups with our dogs, cats, chickens, horses, children & adults. Our puppies venture out into hardware stores & local streets. It’s crucial to our breeding program that our puppies have exposure to age appropriate experiences.

Health

We work closely with our vet to ensure the health of our pups. Worming every two weeks. Puppies are also vaccinated and microchipped at the vet health check. Physical strength training over obstacles & different terrain.

Home environment

We whelp our puppies in our home. They then move to a purpose built space that enables them to be introduced to age appropriate stimulation that challenges their bodies & brains making them individual thinkers

About the Breeder

A little about us

I grew up with dogs, in fact, I’ve never not owned a dog. To me dogs are the greatest companions & protectors. I am a Karen Pryor Puppy Pre-School accredited trainer. I have also attended countless training sessions covering topics from whelping to general dog training. I really enjoy preparing puppies for life;…

Why we got involved in breeding

I fell in love with the versatility of Golden Retrievers; from being so athletic on our farm, to their ability to measure peoples ability or age & temper themselves to behave appropriately for each individual. Their intelligence & insight blows me away. I wanted to raise puppies that start with strong foundations of…

Our special touch

We raise our puppies using the Puppy Culture Program: Developmentally appropriate exposure & training; setting each puppy up to become a resilient thinker. Our farm setting gives our puppies lots of exposure to a variety of animals & room to move to help develop coordination, muscle & mental fitness. We want to…
