Behaviour and socialisation
Our puppies are raised in our home with our children who are aged 3 months - 15 years! The kids love to help with preparing our pups for all types of situations, as well as running our pups through desensitisation with noises and toys to help prepare them for when they do leave so they are as confident and…
Health
We only breed with DNA tested dogs and sound temperaments, as this is a must to what we believe to be a perfect, overall dog that anyone can own.
Home environment
Our dogs and puppies are raised in our home and sleep inside as they are family! Our adults are allowed outside during the day and enjoy playing and running around our property together. Once puppies have been vaccinated we also do outside time as well as supervised socialising with our adults!

Our puppy packs to vary depending on the season! But you will always receive an extensive pack including toys, blankets, food bowls, wormer, food and treats! As well as ongoing and lifetime support from us.

Neuronal Ceroid Lipofuscinosis (NCL) is a neurodegenerative disorder found in many breeds of dog. 7 varieties have been identified so far, affecting different breeds. There are DNA tests for each type, to identify whether a breeding dog might be carrying this condition.
- Genetic Test
Osteogenesis Imperfecta (OI), also known as ‘brittle bone disease’, is an inherited disease in both humans and animals, causing bone fragility and fracturing. As it is a genetic disease, breeding parents can be tested to ensure it is not passed onto their puppies.
- Genetic Test
Sarcoglycan Deficient Muscular Dystrophy (SDMD) is a genetic disease causing a stiff gait, exercise intolerance and difficulty swallowing in young Miniature Dachshunds. There is now a DNA test available to identify if a breeding dog is carrying this disease.

A little about us
We are a sister duo that fell in love with this breed from our first dogs slinky & spice! Our boys and girls are our pets first and foremost but we breed quality dogs fit for the family! All slinky squad babies are raised indoors and are socialised and handled from birth with our kids.
Why we got involved in breeding
Feel in love with the breed as a children, we come from a family that loves dogs and breeds! We have met and seen a lot of badly bred dachshunds and wanted to improve on not only the view of the breed but to show how great of family pets they can be
