Genetic Test
Acral Mutilation Syndrome (AMS) is a genetic disease that causes affected dogs to compulsively lick, overgroom and bite their paws. This can cause recurrent injuries and infections. The condition can be extreme and even result in the dog being euthanised if the signs cannot be controlled.
Genetic Test
Bernard-Soulier Syndrome (BSS) is a genetic bleeding disorder caused by abnormally large platelets in low numbers, meaning an affected animal cannot form clots properly after tissue damage. It can lead to life-threatening bleeding issues following surgery or injury. There is a DNA test available to identify whether a breeding dog is carrying this condition.
Genetic Test
Exercise Induced Collapse (EIC) is a genetic condition mainly affecting Retrievers and Spaniels. It results in the dog collapsing after periods of intense exercise, even if they are normally able to cope with lower levels of exercise. There is a DNA test available which can indicate if a breeding dog is carrying this disease.
Genetic Test
Canine Phosphofructokinase (PFK) Deficiency is a genetic disease resulting in low levels of the PFK enzyme. It can result in extreme muscle fatigue, muscle cramping and severe anaemia. There is a DNA test available to identify if a breeding dog is carrying this condition.

About the Breeder
A little about us
I am a trained Intensive Care Nurse and my caring nature has drawn me to my love of animals knowing that I have helped raise a little puppy to be someone's pet and a part of the family is truly a special process and I am very humbled to be a part of that.
Why we got involved in breeding
My auntie was a breeder of poodles and taught me quite a lot. When I became older I fell in love with my first cocker spaniel and decided to breed her, as I wanted to share the love of the breed to others. Specifically their loyalty and social nature. I have been exposed to breeding for 20 years, but breed my dogs…
Our special touch
My puppies are part of my family and are treated that way until they leave my house and go to your house.
