We are reputable, responsible breeders with one love, that for the Australian Cattle Dog; more commonly known as the "Heeler", "Blue Heeler" or "Red Heeler". Starting with my first ACD pup on my fifth birthday (many, many years ago ;) I've had Heelers' since - basically all my life. I was lucky to meet my wife who loved dogs and also now has a passion for them some 30+ years ago. Initially we started out as backyard breeders for over 15 years but knowing there was much more to it and the fact we wanted to leave a legacy of better genetics and temperament to the world of ACD lovers we became registered ANKC breeders some 15+ years ago. We chose our prefix "HallsHeeler" as a nod to the founder of our breed, Australian pioneer "Thomas Simpson Hall" and it is to this end we want to maintain the purpose, build up the soundness and keep the great traits of loyalty and protector of the family along with great temperaments of "Hall's Heelers Australian Cattle Dogs".
