Emmoge, pronounced Em-oh-gee, (named for Tracy's three daughters EmilyKate, Molly and Georgia) has a rich history across a number of breeds. We have successfully shown champions across Chihuahuas, Poodles (Standard, Miniature and Toy), Shiba Inu, Pointers, Weimaraners and a number of other breeds. Tracy began showing dogs when she was 15, a love she passed onto her girls. During the late 1970s and Early 1980s, Tracy successfully showed Pharaoh Hounds under the prefix Quaytor. Emmoge was founded in 1994 with the acquisition of Ch Beaucindal Heaven Sent CD BH. Susan, as she was known, went onto become a champion, obtain her Companion Dog title (CD) and pass her BH temperament test. She produced a number of champion offspring during her time including Ch Emmoge Dreams Come True, Canadian Ch Emmoge My Swedish Queen, My Swedish Dreams (AI), Ch Ch Emmoge My Swedish Lover (AI) (Sven), Emmoge My Swedish Blonde (AI) (Blondie). Emmoge had a number of champion standard poodles including Ch Emmoge Flyin' First Class (Qantas), Ch Emmoge Not Tonight (Josephine). Tracy also successful showed Ch Tezer Winter Wonderland, better known as the infamous "Bad Alice." Alice was a multi Group winner and a wonderful dog. In 2004 our first Papillon joined the kennel, as EmilyKate (EK) wasn't allowed an Afghan Hound so had to settle for something with less grooming. Our first Papillon was Phoenix (Ch Snoglade Seize the Day) came and firmly ignited our collective love of the breed. Unfortunately Phoenix tragically passed away at 18 months of age. EmilyKate waited almost 14 months, and on a trip to Melbourne Royal Show with her chihuahua Jet, she was allowed to pick from two dogs as a replacement for her beloved Phoenix. She chose Hugo. The rest is history. In 2007, Lucy (Ch Starblaze Class Illusion) and Rosalie (Starblaze Diamond Inferno) joined us. From these two girls we have formed a solid foundation of typey, stylish papillons. Rosalie's first litter gave us Ch Starblaze Classic Breaking Dawn better known as Witchery. Sired by Hugo (International, American, Canadian, Australian Grand Ch Starblaze Hugo Boss) Witch produced well for our kennel and we retained two of her daughters. Ch Emmoge Marie Antoinette (Meredith) and Emmoge Starstorm Ka De We (Addison). These girls were both sired by Multi Ch, Aust Ch Nightfires Hot Present (Willy) who was with our kennels for 12 months. Lucy was matriarch the of Emmoge. Her daughter Ch Starblaze I Love Lucy was bred to Willy and gave us American Ch Emmoge Dark and Debonair (export USA). Daniel resides with Involo Papillons. In 2013, we were lucky to acquire JKC, Am Ch Queen Bless Gold Crest (Sire of Merit) from Nameste Papillons in the USA. Kai was only with us for a short while but sired a single litter to Addison. Kaibee (Emmoge Kai Junior) and his brother Spongebob (Emmoge Spongebob) were retained by us, Ch Emmoge Golden Memories is owned with Kaye McGhie, Ian Rasmussen and Emmoge Kennels. 2015 saw the arrival of Tommy - American and Canadian Ch Marron's Tommy Hilfiger (Import USA). Tommy was sired by our own Hugo and his dam is the incredible Am/Can Ch Salatino La Dame Sans Camelia) who was the top Papillon in Canada 2013 and 2016. 2016 through to 2017 were been quiet with Tracy, EmilyKate and Georgia busy with University, work and various other commitments. 2018 was an action packed year with Tommy placing group 4th at Australia's most prestigious dog show - The Sydney Royal Easter Dog Show in April. Following this, Tommy placed at group level a number of times and finished his Australian Supreme Champion title with over 1400 points. He was retired in September 2018 to make way for our up and coming youngsters. We have been lucky to partner with Marissa Sarif of Pinklee Papillons most recently and have seen wonderful results from our shared dogs.
